What we store
The whole list, not a summary. None of it follows you to other sites, none of it goes to advertising networks, and none of it is sold.
Needed for the site to work
These are not optional, and we do not pretend to ask: without them the site cannot tell which reports are yours. Asking a question whose answer we would ignore is worse than not asking.
| Name | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| bc_owner | Marks the browser that ran an audit, so you can find your own reports and nobody sees somebody else's. Not a name or a personal identifier — a random number. | A year |
| bizz_locale | Your chosen language, so the page arrives in it rather than flashing English. | A year |
| bizz_consent | This choice, so we do not ask again on every visit. | A year |
| bizz_theme | Light or dark. Held in the browser's own storage rather than a cookie, and never sent anywhere. | Until you clear it |
Your choices
Optional, and off unless you say otherwise. The measurement itself runs either way — what you are deciding is whether it may keep anything on your device. Without your agreement nothing is stored and every visit counts as a new person; with it, an identifier stays, so your return visits join up. Withdrawing clears what was stored. Changes take effect immediately.
| Name | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| ph_…_posthog | Only after you agree. Remembers that this browser has been here before, so repeat visits count as one person rather than several. Holds no name and no email address. | A year |
You have not chosen yet. Everything optional stays off until you allow it.
You can clear these from your browser at any time. Doing so loses the list of your own reports, since there are no accounts — the reports themselves are unaffected.
